Amy Schickerling

Amy Schickerling, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at The Society of Thoracic Surgeons, where responsibilities include leading HR strategies and fostering a strong organizational culture. Previous roles encompass Vice President of Human Resources at Strongpoint Partners, where Amy developed a high-performing team and addressed various organizational challenges, and Human Resources Manager positions at HowardSimon, LLC, LoDan Electronics, Inc., and HCR ManorCare, where foundational HR programs were established and talent management practices were implemented. Amy holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Ball State University and has completed certificates in mediation training and payroll management at DePaul University.
