Jonna Gerken, F.SWE, is a seasoned leader in the Society of Women Engineers, serving as Chair-Elect of the WE Local Advisory Board and holding various influential positions within the organization, including President and Fellow. With extensive experience at Pratt & Whitney since 2000, Jonna Gerken has excelled in roles such as Associate Director of Configuration Management and F100 Production Readiness Manager. Jonna Gerken’s commitment to community service is evident through board memberships with the Girl Scouts of Connecticut and the University of New Haven's ISE Advisory Board. An accomplished professional, Jonna Gerken holds a BS in Industrial & Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Technology Development.
