Sahiba Sandhu

Sahiba Sandhu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, entrepreneurship, and communication. As the Co-Founder and Head of Customer Success at Socioh since November 2012, Sahiba specializes in helping eCommerce SMBs excel in Facebook and Instagram advertising. Prior to that, Sahiba founded Nazraana Silver Gifts, where luxury sterling silver baby gifts were designed, manufactured, and sold on platforms like Etsy and eBay from March 2005 to August 2009. Additionally, Sahiba has served as a guest lecturer on 'Communication Theories' and 'Media & Society' at ISOMES and worked as a weather anchor for Doordarshan News. Earlier in career, Sahiba was a Marketing Specialist at Investment Research & Information Services Limited. Sahiba holds a Master’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from UCL.
