Kevin CW Chang is currently the Division General Manager at Socionext Inc., a position held since March 2019, overseeing outsourcing engineering and quality, advanced packaging, and procurement in Taiwan. Prior roles at Socionext include Sr. Director & Division Deputy General Manager and Director of Outsourcing Engineering. Kevin also served at 日月光集團 for over two decades, where managerial responsibilities encompassed high-power chip embedded packaging and product engineering. Kevin’s career began in 1995 as a maintenance engineer at 義聯集團. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from I-Shou University.
