Theofilos (Theo) Vasileiadis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Theofilos (Theo) is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of kariera.gr since 2020. Before that, they worked as the CEO/Co-Founder/Investor of Socital, a ML/AI onsite campaign tool for ecommerce, from 2016. At BCA College (BCA), they held the role of Keynote Speaker/Entrepreneurship starting from 2019. Theo has also worked with CareerBuilder in multiple roles and regions. Theofilos (Theo) served as the President, APAC from 2015 to 2018 and as the Vice President, Product and Strategy, International from 2014 to 2016. Theofilos (Theo) held the position of Regional Director, ASIA in 2014 and President for India, China, and Vietnam in 2013. Additionally, they served as the Managing Director for India from 2011 to 2013 and as the Vice President of Strategy Asia and Middle East from 2009 to 2013. Prior to their tenure at CareerBuilder, Theo founded and served as CEO of International Media Ideas from 2006 to 2014. Theofilos (Theo) was also a co-Founder and CEO of kariera.gr, a leading online recruitment company in Greece, from 1997 to 2009. Throughout their career, Theo has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in various business domains.

Theofilos (Theo) Vasileiadis has a diverse education history. Theofilos (Theo) attended Athens College from 1982 to 1994, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they went on to study Economics and Finance at Athens University of Economics and Business from 1994 to 2000. In 2008 to 2010, Theo pursued further education at Harvard Business School, completing the OPM 39 program with a focus on Strategy and Leadership. Theofilos (Theo) then participated in an Executive Course at Singularity University in Mountain View, CA in 2014, specializing in Exponential Technologies. Additionally, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued studies in History and Philosophy through the Greek Open University. Most recently, from 2016 to 2018, Theo attended Harvard Business School once again, completing the YPO Presidents Programme with a concentration in Management and Leadership.
