Rob Neil

Rob Neil is the Managing Director of Accordio Ltd since February 2016, where responsibilities include CIO/COO advisory, technology due diligence, and information governance services. Additionally, Rob serves as a Senior Consultant at Socitm Advisory and a Consultant at RedQuadrant, both from 2018 onwards. Previously, Rob held various roles, including Digital Transformation Programme Director at the University of East Anglia and Interim Chief Information Officer at the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Rob’s extensive experience in ICT leadership began with a Chief Information Officer position at Ashford Borough Council, which included overseeing ICT transformation and enterprise architecture. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Computing Science from the University of East Anglia, an M.Sc. in Intelligent Knowledge Based Systems from the University of Essex, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Shared Services from Canterbury Christ Church University.
