Lauren Valencia

Lauren Valencia currently serves as the Head of Talent at TalentSocket since April 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Airbase from October 2021 to April 2025, initially as a Transitional Talent Integration specialist for the Paylocity acquisition, then advancing to Sr. Director and later Director of Global Talent, where Lauren developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies while bridging Talent and People initiatives. Earlier experience includes leading the Talent Acquisition team at DreamBox Learning from March 2016 to September 2021, where Lauren built the first in-house team and oversaw the successful hiring of over 550 employees. Lauren's career began as a Technical Recruiter at iMatch Technical Services from March 2015 to February 2016, following a tenure in restaurant management with JOEY Restaurant Group from January 2013 to June 2015. Lauren holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Bellevue College.
