Josephine Scawthorn has a diverse work experience in the field of game development and food service. Josephine started their career as a pot washer at True Foods Ltd and Lux Cafe during their A levels. Josephine'sfirst professional role in the gaming industry was as a Junior Lead Artist for the Journeyman Project at Teesside University, where they managed the team's asset list and delegated responsibilities. Josephine then worked as an Environment Artist on the Beta Arcade Project at Teesside University, focusing on 3D asset production and set dressing. Following this, they joined SockMonkey Studios as a Game Artist Intern and contributed to the development of an unannounced IP for Nintendo Switch. Josephine later worked as a contractor at nDreams, specializing in optimizing meshes and geometry for the game Fracked on PlayStation VR. Currently, they are working as a Junior Artist at SockMonkey Studios, a subsidiary of Behaviour Interactive.
