Eric Guilhou

Eric Guilhou serves as the Directeur Général Finances at SOCOTEC since June 2014, overseeing financial, legal, IT, and support functions for a company with 5,200 employees and a revenue of 515 million Euros across 50 countries. Previously, Eric held the role of COO of CGI from June 2011 to June 2014, leading a financial transformation that doubled operating cash flow and improved profits by 40%. As the founder and COO of INSIEME CONSULTING, Eric provided strategic and M&A consulting for various clients, including a major IT service company. Eric also has experience as COO of GINGER and held senior positions at Atos Origin and TELEMARKET, where significant growth was achieved. Eric began a career in audit at Grant Thornton LLP and in education as an economics and management teacher. Eric holds a Master's degree in management and finance from ESCEM and is a certified expert-comptable.
