Pascale Labattut

Pascale LABATTUT serves as the Directrice des Relations Sociales et Juridique at SOCOTEC since July 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating social relations for 5,400 employees across 27 companies in France, managing various employee representative bodies, and overseeing negotiations and agreements on multiple topics. Prior to SOCOTEC, Pascale LABATTUT held transitional management roles in social relations at BADENOCH & CLARK France and served as DRH at APOGEE FRANCE, leading the company through judicial recovery. Additional experience includes DRH France at Oberthur Technologies, managing human resources during a transition to a leveraged buyout, and various HR roles at Capgemini France and ALUMINIUM PECHINEY. Pascale LABATTUT holds degrees in Human Resources from Sciences Po and a Master's in Economic and Social Administration from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
