Takayoshi Sonoda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental consulting and engineering. Currently serving as an Environmental Consultant at Permanent Planet and as a Decarbonization Advocate at Carbontribe Labs OÜ, Takayoshi also holds positions with SOCOTEC and Zeroboard. As President of SONODA EnergyDesign since 2008, Takayoshi specializes in supervising electrical facilities operations and consulting on energy-saving measures. Previous roles include Environmental Consultant at CARBONFREE CONSULTING CORPORATION, where Takayoshi focused on LCA assessment and developing SDGs-contributed products. Earlier experience includes sub-manager at The Nippon Synthetic Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., and section leader at TOTO Ltd., contributing to product development and research in various technologies.
