Natalia J Torres

Natalia J Torres is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at SOCOTEC USA since August 2022, and also holds the same position at Neighborhood Projects since January 2017. At Neighborhood Projects, Natalia established and built the HR Department from the ground up, overseeing six locations and 300+ employees, while revamping the employee handbook, policies, and procedures, and introducing a performance management system to enhance employee development and create a positive work culture. Prior to these roles, Natalia worked as a Human Resources Generalist at SA Hospitality Group from February 2020 to August 2022. Natalia earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo in 2013.
