Kara Farmer

Kara Farmer is a seasoned professional in revenue operations, currently serving as Senior Manager for Revenue Operations at Socotra since November 2025. Prior experience includes positions as Manager of Revenue Operations at Gong from August 2021 to October 2025, and Sales Operations Manager at Torch for a brief period in 2021. Kara has also held significant roles at Deltek as Lead Sr Sales Operations Analyst and Sr Sales Operations Analyst from June 2019 to December 2020, as well as Federal Sales Operations Analyst and Government Project Specialist at Dun & Bradstreet from September 2016 to June 2019.
