Rebecca Graff has a diverse work experience. Rebecca started their career as a Kitchen Employee at ASUCD Coffee House in 2014 and eventually became a Kitchen Supervisor, overseeing several student employees. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the President of UC Davis Women's Rugby, where they led executive meetings, planned playoff events, and coordinated team travel. Rebecca also interned at the UC Davis Nutrition Department, providing one-on-one nutrition assistance to NCAA Division 1 athletes.
During their time at UC Davis, Rebecca also worked as a Captain for the UC Davis Women's Rugby team, where they developed practice and game plans and coached safety techniques. At UC Davis Campus Recreation and Unions, they worked as a Fitness and Wellness Office Attendant, managing schedules and inquiries related to fitness services. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of the Sports Club Advisory Committee, overseeing sub-committee progress and representing the executive board on the Recreation Advisory Council.
Rebecca has also worked at Saint Mary's College of California as a Graduate Student Coordinator, where they organized outdoor adventure day trips and developed a rock-climbing program. At the University of California, Berkeley, they held multiple roles, including Accounts Payable & Equipment Operations Assistant, Cal Athletics Travel Intern, and Stadium Operations team member. In these positions, they managed invoices, coordinated travel logistics, and assisted with gameday operations.
Most recently, Rebecca worked at HealthRIGHT 360 as a Junior Project Manager, and they are currently an Operations Associate at Socotra.
Rebecca Graff's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of California, Davis, where they also earned a minor in Human Rights. Rebecca later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Sports Studies at Saint Mary's College of California. In addition to their academic achievements, Rebecca has acquired certifications as a Referee from USA Rugby in May 2019 and in CPR/First Aid from the American Red Cross in January 2018.
