Dr. Stefanie Wirtz currently serves as a Pharmacovigilance Manager at SocraMetrics and Insight PV & Consulting GmbH, positions held since August 2023 and March 2021, respectively. Previously, Dr. Wirtz worked as a Consultant Pharmacovigilance at ProPharma Group from November 2019 to February 2021 and gained significant experience at PAREXEL, where the role of Senior Drug Safety Specialist was held from September 2013 to October 2019, along with earlier responsibilities as a Drug Safety Specialist and Clinical Monitoring/Clinical Trial Management at PAREXEL Academy. The academic journey includes a position as a Research Assistant (PhD student) at Charité, focusing on pediatric neurology and clinical research. Dr. Wirtz earned a Dr. rer. nat and a Diplom in Biochemistry from Freie Universität Berlin, completing the latter in 2005.
