Melissa Kaiser

Melissa Kaiser has held various roles throughout their work experience. Melissa started in 2010 as a Planning Supervisor at GE Aviation. In 2012, they joined the US Army as an OCT. In 2014, they became a Partner at The Fine Arts Company. Melissa'smost recent role is as the Director of Business Development at SOCSoter, Inc., which they started in 2015.

Melissa Kaiser attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in English. Melissa then pursued further education at Webster University from 2002 to 2003, earning a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management.
