Austin Hickman

Austin Hickman is a seasoned entrepreneur and academic with a strong background in electrical engineering. As Co-Founder and CEO of Soctera, Inc. since August 2021, Austin has been at the forefront of innovative solutions. Additionally, as an Activate Fellow since August 2022, involvement in entrepreneurial initiatives continues to thrive. Prior to these roles, Austin served as a Graduate Resident Fellow at Cornell University, mentoring over 50 students from August 2017 to May 2019. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
