Alan Tse is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and privacy. Currently serving as Principal Technology Counsel and Head of IP and Privacy at Socure since November 2022, Alan previously held multiple roles within the company, including Principal Regulatory, Product, and IP Counsel, and Senior Product Counsel. Prior to Socure, Alan was with Western Digital from March 2014 to November 2022, where the role of Associate General Counsel was held, and was also the Copyright and Open Source Licensing Director. Contributions to the California International Law Journal as Production Editor and Staff Editor spanned from 2012 to December 2020.
