Bret Levine is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in founding and leading UX research functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Staff UX Researcher at Socure since June 2025, Bret focuses on supporting AI-driven decisioning systems for identity verification and fraud prevention. Previously, as Lead UX Researcher at Boston Consulting Group from February 2023 to April 2025, Bret developed a research strategy for an AI-powered deck-building platform. At dutchie, from January 2021 to December 2022, Bret established the UX research function for e-commerce, point-of-sale, and digital payments platforms. As UX Research Manager at The Walt Disney Company, Bret co-founded the internal UX research team and led initiatives across employee-facing digital systems. As Founder and User Experience Researcher at ChirpChange, Bret built a digital donation platform. Bret holds a Ph.D. in Psychology with a focus on Evaluation and Applied Research Methods and a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University.
