Konrad Weiske's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Project Manager at intive, overseeing the revenue, profitability, and timely execution of the company's activities for a Polish Mobile Operator. Konrad then moved on to work as a Technical Project Manager at Vodafone and as a Project Manager at IBM. In 2010, they became a contractor at Microsoft, taking on the role of Lead Program Manager for a subset of functionalities for the Bing search engine. In 2011, they returned to intive as an Executive Board Member and later took on the role of Head of Delivery and Maintenance, where they were responsible for almost 100 customer projects delivered in a nearshoring model. In 2014, they became a Co-Founder and Managing Director of GOD Nearshore SE. In 2016, they co-founded SpyroSoft and took on the role of Co-Founder and CEO. Throughout their career, they have also held supervisory board positions at Better Software Group and Unravel, as well as serving as Co-Founder and Vice President of SoDA - Software Development Association Poland.

From 1997 to 2002, Konrad Weiske attended Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a degree in IT and successfully completed their M.Sc.
