Paweł Pustelnik

Paweł Pustelnik has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software development and management. Paweł has held various roles in prominent companies and organizations.

Pustelnik started their career in 2004 at Future Processing, where they served as a Software Developer, working on video system applications and medical applications. Paweł later took on the role of Project Leader & Software Developer, leading an internal research project. Paweł then transitioned into a Project Leader & Team Manager role, responsible for establishing and developing a partnership with a UK client.

In 2012, Pustelnik became a Project Manager & PMO Officer at Future Processing. Paweł played a key role in the establishment of the company's Project Management Office and was involved in defining and implementing organizational standards. During this time, they also managed a significant project that introduced a new service offering.

Pustelnik's career progression continued at Future Processing, where they served as a Delivery Manager. In this role, they developed high-level plans, managed client relationships, and contributed to new client acquisitions. In 2020, Pustelnik was further promoted to the position of Managing Director at Future Processing. In this role, they have been responsible for managing the company's growth, strategic planning, and adapting to market changes.

Outside of their work at Future Processing, Pustelnik has also made contributions to the software development community. Paweł was a Vice President at SoDA - Software Development Association Poland, and they shared their expertise by developing and sharing open-source Linux applications.
