Anca Bogdana Rusu

Anca Bogdana Rusu is a highly experienced professional in the fintech and blockchain sectors. As a Co-Founder of SODA, Anca also serves on the Executive Committee of the Global Impact FinTech (GIFT) Forum and as an Expert Panel member for the EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum. Anca's previous roles include Head of Public Sector, General Manager EMEA and Public Sector Lead, and Go to Market Lead at cLabs. Anca has also held the position of Digital Finance Specialist within the Financial Institutions Group at the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Anca holds a Master of Public Policy in Development Economics and International Development from Georgetown University and a certificate in FinTech from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
