Natalie Smith

Natalie Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and mediation. Currently serving as an Operations Associate Manager at the Society of Digital Agencies since July 2009, Smith also contributes to the field as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family & County Mediator at Resolute Mediation & Arbitration Inc. since June 2008. Previously, Smith held the position of Regional Liaison at the American Arbitration Association from October 2007 to February 2008. Natalie Smith holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from SUNY Geneseo.
