Ksenia Sternina is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in user experience and e-commerce strategy. Currently serving as Chief Business Officer at SODA.Auto, Ksenia focuses on enhancing customer and partner engagement while promoting sustainable growth. As a co-founder of Duamentes, Ksenia drives global growth and strategy initiatives, leveraging insights from over 100 local experts across 35 countries. Previous roles include Vice President positions at Arrival, where Ksenia launched e-commerce ventures for EV components and commercial vehicles, significantly impacting cash flow and market expansion. Ksenia's career also includes directorial roles at VK and critical UX contributions at Google, alongside co-founding an HCI firm that pioneered user experience research in the CIS region.
