Olga Cheremushkina

Olga Cheremushkina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and financial control. Currently serving as Talent Experience Director and COO at SODA.Auto since April 2023, Olga previously held the position of Talent Experience Director at Arrival from October 2022 to March 2023, and has a long tenure at Arrival from 2015 to 2022 in various roles, including Head of Talent and Financial Controller. Earlier career experience includes working at YOTA as HR Business Partner and Finance Business Partner, as well as in the investment sector at EvrazRuda, where positions included Head of Budget Planning and Financial Control Department. Olga holds a degree in Law from Kemerovo State University and graduated from Siberian State Industrial University.
