Michal Cohen Gonzalez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employer branding, internal communications, and marketing. Currently serving as the Global Employer Branding & Internal Communications Manager and Global Brand Experience Manager at SodaStream International, Ltd. since June 2022, Michal previously held several key positions at EL AL Israel Airlines, including Chief of Staff, Head of Marcom, and Deputy VP Sales, among others. Michal also served as a Board Member at Airtour Ltd. and Sales Manager for Charter Operations & Projects at Sundór Airlines.
