Yerisha Naidoo

Yerisha Naidoo is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Sodecia since February 2024, Yerisha previously held the position of Executive Director and HR Head at Motherson Group from August 2019 to August 2023. Prior experience includes Human Resources Manager at Vacuform 2000 (Pty) Ltd, as well as HR positions at The Shoprite Group of Companies and Builders: Warehouse, Express, Trade Depot, Superstore. Yerisha's educational background includes a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Resource Management & Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Human Resource Management, both obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
