Tom Asén

Tom Asén is currently the Verksamhetschef at Söderhamns kommun, overseeing operations in care and short-term accommodation while serving as the local chair of the Vård and Omsorgs college. Previously, Tom held various roles including Team Leader at Migrationsverket and Coordinator/Treatment Assistant at Statens institutionsstyrelse. With a diverse background that includes experience as a soldier in Försvarsmakten and a seller at Expert AS, Tom has cultivated leadership skills through multiple educational programs, including a degree in Social Psychology from Uppsala University. Tom is furthering their development in leadership through ongoing studies.
