Tove Ellingsen

Tove Ellingsen has a strong background in strategic planning and rural development, currently serving as a Strateg and Regionplanerare at Region Stockholm since April 2019. Previously, Tove held the position of Landsbygdsstrateg at Örebro kommun from December 2017 to April 2019 and coordinated the Makten över maten network for FIAN Sverige in late 2017. An international internship with Framtidsjorden in 2016, funded by SIDA, focused on initiatives for socially just and ecologically sustainable development. Early career experience includes working as a Säljare med kundansvar at Dressmann AS over six years during time at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, where Tove earned a Master's degree in Agriculture with a specialization in rural development.
