Mia Nerby

Mia Nerby has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR specialist at Södertälje kommun since 1989, focusing on recruitment, employer branding, strategic talent supply, management support, and equality and diversity. Previously, Mia held roles as a personal assistant and school assistant/rector's secretary at Strängnäs kommun from January 2019 to December 2022, and as an oppositionsråd at Gripsholms slott from October 1990 to December 2001, where responsibilities included overseeing premises and guiding visitors in both Swedish and English.
