Per Thille

Per Thille has a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations management. Per currently serves as the Sales & Marketing Director for Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, where they lead the Sales and Marketing Team. Prior to this role, Per was the COO for Urb-it, where they played a key role in creating, developing, and operating the company's delivery options. Per has also held positions as a Business Manager for Jetpak Sverige AB and Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Project Manager of Expansion, Regional Manager, and Area Manager for Bring Sverige.

Per Thille earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing with a focus on International Business from Stockholm University (1997-2002). Prior to that, they attended Officershögskolan, or the Officer's Academy, in 1996-1997 where they became a Reserve Officer in the Swedish Army. Per also attended Norra Real Gymnasium in Stockholm from 1991 to 1995.
