Adit Razdan

Adit Razdan is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious hospitality establishments. Beginning as a Commie Chef at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2007, Adit progressed to roles such as Demi Chef at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and Chef de Partie at both Crown Resorts and Pan Pacific Hotels Group. Adit's expertise includes serving as Executive Sous Chef at Holland America Line and dnata. Adit has also contributed to culinary education as a Trainer and Assessor in Hospitality and Commercial Cookery at Stanley College. Adit holds a Diploma in Hospitality and Culinary Arts from William Angliss Institute and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from South Metropolitan TAFE. Currently, Adit serves as Sous Chef at Sodexo.
