Alan Causon is currently the Technical Director at Sodexo, bringing a wealth of experience in engineering and leadership. Previously, Alan held key roles in various organizations, including Engineering Manager at Arla Foods, where they led a team of over 40 engineers and drove performance toward World Class Manufacturing. Alan’s career milestones also include positions such as Head of Engineering at Dendron Brands Ltd and Improvement Engineer at SCA Hygiene Products. With a strong focus on strategic projects and developing future talent, Alan has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout their career. Alan's educational background includes degrees in Electrical Engineering and Process Control & Instrumentation from Aylesbury College and NECTA Training Trust, respectively.
