Baisha Bernstein

Baisha Bernstein, MS, currently serves as the Senior Director of Communications for the Energy & Resources division at Sodexo, a position held since 2017, where responsibilities include leading internal communication strategies to enhance client engagement and employee experiences. Prior roles at Sodexo include Marketing Manager for Corporate Services, where Baisha collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans and manage events. Previous experience includes serving as Career Services Advisor and Assistant Director of Admissions at The Art Institutes, facilitating career development for students and shaping recruitment strategies. Baisha also worked as a Marketing Brand Ambassador for Austin Eastciders and as a Web Blog Writer for Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys. Baisha holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
