Benoit Rigaut

Benoit Rigaut is currently the directeur d'exploitation adjoint at Sodexo, where they oversee various operational aspects. Prior to this role, Benoit worked as a chef de production et responsable de site at Elior France from 2012 to 2019 and managed multiple sites at Compass Group from 2007 to 2012. Benoit served in the Armee de l'air from 1999 to 2007, holding positions as a cook and head of the kitchen. They are currently pursuing degrees in collective catering management at Afpa and hospitality and restaurant management at Rabelais à Douai, having previously completed training in HACCP and other culinary disciplines.
