Brian Murphy

Brian Murphy is a highly engaged hospitality executive with over 35 years of strategic leadership experience. They served as Executive Chef on the opening culinary team at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel from 1992 to 1998 and at Bon Appétit Management Company for St. Olaf College from 1996 to 2001. Since 2000, Brian has held the position of General Manager at Sodexo, overseeing operations for multiple major clients. They earned chef certification in Culinary Arts from Minneapolis Community and Technical College and completed a foundational certificate in flavor dynamics at the Culinary Institute of America.
