Devin Smith is a Campus Executive Chef III at Sodexo, currently overseeing culinary operations at Prairie View A&M University. With a solid culinary background, Devin previously served as a District Campus Executive Chef at Thompson Hospitality, where responsibilities included managing food production and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Their experience spans various roles in diverse culinary environments, including positions as Sous Chef at Bon Appétit Management Company and Chef De Cuisine at Harvest Table Culinary Group. Devin's educational foundation was built at the Orlando Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu, where they honed their culinary skills between 2004 and 2006.
