Don Colbert

Don Colbert, MBA, CHFM, CHSP, serves as a Client Executive at Sodexo since May 2022, previously holding the position of Director of Engineering. From February 2010 to May 2022, Don was the Director of Facilities at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital. Don brings over twenty-two years of experience from the US Navy, where duties included Senior Chief Petty Officer and Main Propulsion Plant Manager/Training Officer. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate's degree in Engineering & Vocational Technical Education from Coastline College.
