Eric Jaeger

Eric Jaeger has extensive experience in culinary management, currently serving as Area General Manager at Sodexo since June 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing culinary operations at the University and achieving recognition as a district champion for food management systems. Prior to this role, Eric Jaeger worked at Crested Butte Mountain Resort from September 2008 to June 2016 as Resort Executive Chef, managing diverse culinary operations across various dining venues and enhancing guest experiences. Earlier in Eric Jaeger's career, positions included Conference Services Executive Chef at Telluride Ski Resort and Sous Chef roles at Dazzle Jazz and Telluride Ski Resort.
