Eric Mueller

Eric Mueller is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food service management. Currently serving as a Senior Area Executive Chef at Sodexo since January 2018, Eric has previously held roles such as Executive Chef/General Manager at Morton's The Steakhouse and Catering & Events Manager at Lessing's Food Service Management. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Food and Beverage at I-Square and General Manager at Warfield's, along with a Chef/Manager role at Max Of Eastman Place. Eric holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
