Kapil Aware is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and event management. As an Area Operations Manager at Little Caesars Pizza from June 2019 to December 2020, Kapil oversaw regional growth strategies and managed franchise store performance. Following this role, Kapil served as a Sales Marketing Executive at Newport Harbour Hotel and Marina, then transitioned to event sales management at JW Marriott. In subsequent positions, including Food & Beverage Outlets Manager at Long Beach Lodge Resort and Multi Unit Food & Beverage Venues General Manager at W Toronto, Kapil honed skills in operational efficiency, budget management, and staff development. Currently, as a Hospitality Manager at Sodexo since January 2025, Kapil delivers high-quality guest experiences for diverse corporate events.
