Lois Breen has extensive experience in recruitment, training, social welfare, and project management spanning several sectors including education and health. Lois served as a Recruitment and Training Executive and Beanstalk Leader at Beanstalk from December 2015 to September 2017. A significant portion of career was dedicated to Wolverhampton City Council, Wolverhampton Youth Service, and The Children's Society in Walsall from May 1992 to November 2002, focusing on youth work, project development, and coordination. Following roles included serving as Industry Work Placement Lead in Further Education from September 2019 to March 2022, Projects Coordinator at Telford and Wrekin CVS from March 2009 to March 2011, and Projects Manager at the same organization from November 2011 to 2015.
