Mark Moens

Mark Moens has extensive experience in the food service and hospitality industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Expert in Solution Design and Deployment for Food Service at Sodexo since November 2009, Mark has also held the position of Catering Supervisor. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Pierre & Vacances from November 2000 to November 2009, where responsibilities included Retail Manager at De Vossemeren & Erperheide and Deputy Market Dome Manager. Earlier in the career, Mark contributed as F&B Assistant Manager and F&B Manager at Sunparks from 1994 to 2000, and gained foundational experience as Duty Manager at Restobel & Restair Brussels Airport from June 1988 to June 1994.
