Mark Moran is an experienced Executive Chef currently at CSX HQ under Sodexo since 2013. They previously held Executive Chef positions at multiple establishments, including The Conference Center at NorthPointe/Sodexo from 2002 to 2011 and Chillicothe Country Club from 2000 to 2002. They served as Area Executive Chef for LPS/Sodexo from 2011 to 2013 and also worked with Sodexo at COSI from 1998 to 2000 as well as at Ashland Oil from 1994 to 1998. Mark is pursuing an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and also studies Liberal Arts at Ohio University.
