Michael Spence

Michael Spence is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. They began their career at Hilton Garden Inn as a Food Beverage Manager from 2010 to 2012 and subsequently worked as a Sous Chef at Forks and Fingers Catering By Design from 2013 to 2014. After a tenure as Chef at ACI Catering, they served as Executive Chef at Advantage xPO from 2014 to 2016, followed by Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services from 2016 to 2025. Currently, Michael holds the position of CEC SCSU at Sodexo, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise from their education at Johnson & Wales University, where they earned an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts and Related Services.
