MICHEL Mapa is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management, having served as Chefe de cozinha at various esteemed companies. From August 2018 to November 2020, MICHEL worked at Ekplis alimentação, followed by a significant tenure at GRSA Compass Group from January 2020 to October 2025.
