Mrinal .

Mrinal is currently the Regional Head of Human Resources at Sodexo, a position held since 2020. They have prior experience as a Plant HR Manager at Deepak Nitrite Ltd from 2017 to 2019, and as an Assistant HR Manager at SKODA India from 2014 to 2016. Mrinal began their career in 2011 as an Associate HR at Ray Consultancy and gained hospitality experience as Duty Manager at Aston Hotel in Scotland from 2009 to 2011. They hold a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service and an EDPLLM in Labour Laws from XLRI Jamshedpur, where they are currently pursuing further studies in Organizational Leadership.
