Peter Phillips

Peter Phillips is an experienced human resources professional specializing in employee and labour relations, coaching, and counselling leadership members. They hold an Honours Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa and a Management Certificate in Human Resources from Carleton University. Currently, Peter serves as the Manager of Employee and Labour Relations at Sodexo, where they advise management on various employee relations issues and lead collective agreement negotiations. Previously, Peter held HR manager positions at both Sheraton Ottawa Hotel and The Royal Ottawa Golf Club, where they successfully implemented HR initiatives and maintained positive relationships with union partners. They are bilingual and possess a diverse skill set developed through various HR roles in multiple organizations.
