Rex Roe

Rex Roe is an operations executive with over three decades of leadership experience in regional and plant management. They previously served as Area Vice President of Operations for ISS Guckenheimer, where they managed a significant portfolio across multiple states and played a key role in doubling sales and margins prior to the company's acquisition. Throughout their career, Rex has held various high-level positions, including Region Vice President of Operations at Sysco and Vice President of Operations at Buckhead Meat, contributing to significant improvements in productivity and financial outcomes. Rex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Michigan State University and completed a Professional Food Service Development Program at the Culinary Institute of America. Currently, Rex is the General Manager at Sodexo.
