Simon M. is an experienced Executive Development Chef for Sodexo, currently working in a hybrid role. With a global culinary journey spanning locations from London to Cologne to New Zealand, Simon is a self-confessed foodie and skilled manager. They previously owned an award-winning restaurant, Malbec, and held several notable chef positions, including Executive Head Chef at the Royal Shakespeare Company and Sodexo Aston University. Simon's culinary education includes a City and Guilds catering qualification obtained at Solihull College.
